REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
-We do not offer size returns and exchanges. Returns are only provided in case of the customer receiving faulty or defective product. In case of any queries related to size you can drop an email on karnavastra.com or a message on Instagram – @karnavastra.
– All items are inspected thoroughly before a return/exchange is processed. Items found worn/used will be rejected and returned back to you. If you receive a faulty item, please let us know via email within 24 Hours of receipt as we cannot assist you after that time frame. Please contact karnavastra@gmail.com for assistance.
We cannot refund your postage costs unless the product is faulty/incorrect. If your item is faulty or incorrect, you will have to let us know within 24 Hours of receipt. We cannot give any refunds/assistance after this time period. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchases. All orders are processed within 1-2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery times are:

Rest of India: 6-8 working days
