REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICIES 

 -We do not offer size returns and exchanges. Returns are only provided in case of the customer receiving faulty or defective product. In case of any queries related to size you can drop an email on support@karnavastra.com or a message on Instagram – @karnavastra.

– All items are inspected thoroughly before a return/exchange is processed. Items found worn/used will be rejected and returned back to you. If you receive a faulty item, please let us know via email within 24 Hours of receipt as we cannot assist you after that time frame .  We’ll inspect the item and offer either a store credit valid for 1 year or a replacement—no size swaps.If you receive a faulty item, please let us know via email . Please contact  support@karnavastra.com for assistance.

We cannot refund your postage costs unless the product is faulty/incorrect. If your item is faulty or incorrect, you will have to let us know within 24 Hours of receipt. We cannot give any refunds/assistance after this time period. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchases. COD Confirmation Fee Policy

For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a confirmation fee of ₹99 is required at the time of placing the order.This amount will be deducted from your final bill upon delivery (e.g., if your order total is ₹799, you pay ₹99 now and ₹700 at delivery).The COD confirmation fee is non-refundable in the following cases:

            1. If you cancel the order after payment of the confirmation fee.

            2. If you refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery.

            3. Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse.

The COD confirmation fee will be fully refunded only if the order is cancelled by us due to stock issues, quality concerns, or other internal reasons.This policy helps us reduce fake orders, minimize Return-to-Origin (RTO) losses, and keep our prices affordable for genuine customers.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

We aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery times are:

Tier 1 / Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, etc.): 5-6

Rest of India: 6-8 working days
